IOS provides Technical Support for our entire product line. Support is available by telephone or e-mail.  All products come with a support package. E-mail support is unlimited with a current maintenance package. Extended maintenance packages may be purchased that include program upgrades and continued support.

The Standard package allows the user to purchase blocks of telephone support time, while the Premium plan offers extended phone support.

R Please note that Technical Support is available only if the setup and training has been done by a qualified installer.

Capabilities

The goal of our Technical Support Staff is to help you find the solution. Whatever the situation, we try to find a way to handle it with you. Our support system is set up in such a way as to provide solutions rapidly - we don't keep you waiting.

Remote Computer Support
IOS Technical Support can connect with your computer via modem and see first hand what your operators are seeing. We can also use this functionality to make any necessary changes, add most new features, and show operators how to use a specific feature or function.
Broad Based Foundation
We have an accounting specialist and a crop scientist on staff to assist in solving problems and answering questions that may come up. Our programmers have long-term experience in accounting, inventory tracking, employment and payroll issues, and system design.
Tracking
We keep track of your support requests and will recommend the support package that best suits your usage pattern.
